Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 minutes at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.

CD47 (integrin-associated protein, IAP)는 세포 표면에 널리 발현되는 막관통 당단백질로, 여러 인테그린과 상호작용하여 그 기능을 조절합니다.
CD47은 G 단백질 활성화, 세포 부착 시 세포 내 칼슘 농도 증가, 트롬보스폰딘과의 결합, 세포막 수송 및 신호전달 조절 등 다양한 생리적 과정에 관여합니다.
또한 CD47은 대식세포의 면역 억제 수용체인 CD172a(SIRPα)의 리간드로 작용하여 CD47 양성 세포의 식작용을 억제합니다.
이 시스템은 세포 이동, B 세포 부착, T 세포 활성화, 연골세포의 기계적 자극 반응 조절, 신경 발달 촉진 등에도 관여하며, 특히 뇌와 망막의 시냅스가 풍부한 부위에서 많이 발현됩니다.
