• Reconstitution: 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL double distilled water (DDW), depending on sample size.
• The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature.
• Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
• Reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week.
• For longer storage, aliquot and keep at -20°C.
• Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
• Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g for 5 min).

Target Information

Slc6a13 catalyzes sodium- and chloride-dependent transport of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) to terminate GABA-mediated synaptic activity. It is a high-affinity GABA transporter that reuptakes GABA into cells using sodium and chloride gradients. Slc6a13 may also facilitate beta-alanine transport. Diseases associated with SLC6A13 include Traumatic Glaucoma and Neovascular Glaucoma.
