Target Information
CREBZF는 HCFC1에 결합할 때 전사를 강하게 활성화하며, HSV 감염 세포에서 HCFC1 의존적으로 바이러스 단백질 발현을 억제합니다. 또한 CREB3에 의한 HCFC1 의존적 전사 활성화를 억제하고 세포 내 CREB3의 양을 감소시킵니다. CREBZF 발현 세포에서는 일부 세포 유전자 발현을 하향 조절할 수 있습니다.
