Target Information
HSP70 family는 HSP70, HSC70, GRP75, GRP78의 4가지 고도로 보존된 단백질로 구성되어 있습니다. GRP75는 미토콘드리아 매트릭스에 제한적으로 발현되며, 핵 및 미토콘드리아 기원의 신생 폴리펩타이드 사슬의 이동 및 접힘을 돕습니다. GRP75와 GRP78은 열 스트레스에는 반응하지 않으며, 포도당 결핍에 의해 유도됩니다.
