Target Information
HABP2는 히알루론산에 결합하는 세포외 세린 프로테아제로, 세포 부착에 관여합니다. 단일 사슬로 합성된 후 자가 단백질분해를 통해 기능성 이합체를 형성하며, 추가적인 단백질분해로 비활성 펩타이드가 생성됩니다. 이 효소는 요로 플라스미노겐 활성화제, 응고 인자 VII, 피브리노겐의 알파 및 베타 사슬을 절단하지만, 프로트롬빈, 플라스미노겐 또는 피브리노겐의 감마 사슬은 절단하지 않습니다. 두 가지 전사 변이체가 서로 다른 아이소폼을 암호화하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
