Target Information
T 세포 수용체(TCR)는 MHC class II 분자에 제시된 펩타이드를 인식하여 자가와 비자가를 구별합니다.
자가 펩타이드 인식은 자가면역 질환과 연관되어 있으며, 변이된 자가 펩타이드는 종양과 관련이 있습니다.
Superantigen은 TCR을 비특이적으로 활성화하여 독성 쇼크 증후군을 유발할 수 있습니다.
자가면역 질환(예: 류머티즘 관절염, 전신홍반루푸스) 환자에서 TCR V beta 영역에 대한 자가항체가 발견되며, 이는 면역계의 자가조절 기전으로 작용할 수 있습니다.
대부분의 인간 T 세포는 TCR αβ를 발현하며 CD4 또는 CD8을 함께 발현합니다. 일부는 두 표지를 모두 결여한 double-negative(DN) T 세포로 존재하며, 특정 면역질환에서 증가할 수 있습니다.
