Phospho-MST3 (Thr18) Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of MST3 only when phosphorylated at Thr18.
Target Information
STK24 (MST3) is a serine/threonine kinase that belongs to the GCK subfamily of STE20-like proteins. The yeast Sterile 20 gene (STE20) functions upstream of the MAPK cascade. In mammals, STE20-related kinases are divided into two subfamilies based on their structure and regulation:
- PAK subfamily: Contains a C-terminal catalytic domain and an N-terminal regulatory domain with a CDC42-binding domain.
- GCK subfamily (Sps1 subfamily): Has an N-terminal catalytic domain and a C-terminal regulatory domain without a CDC42-binding domain.
STK24 belongs to the GCK subfamily of STE20-like kinases.
