Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

This gene encodes a subunit of the augmin complex, which regulates centrosome and mitotic spindle integrity, and is essential for cytokinesis completion. The HAUS7 protein interacts with ubiquitin C-terminal hydrolase 37. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
