Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve approximately 1 mg/mL antibody concentration.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is a Src binding partner. It may modulate actin filament integrity in response to cellular signals and function as an adaptor linking Src family members and other signaling proteins to actin filaments. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
