Target Information

Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for mouse immunoglobulins. These antibodies are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of mouse-derived targets.
Secondary antibodies enhance versatility and sensitivity by enabling multiple detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence) and signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody.
They are typically generated by immunizing host animals with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and can be further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation) for high specificity.
