This secondary antibody is designed for fluorescent Western blot detection on various near-infrared fluorescence instruments.
It enables multi-color and multiplexing detection when combined with other antibodies conjugated to compatible Alexa Fluor™ dyes.
Also suitable for immunofluorescent and fluorescent imaging applications using instruments with appropriate excitation and detection capabilities.

Target Information
Anti-Rabbit secondary antibodies are affinity-purified with well-characterized specificity for rabbit immunoglobulins.
They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of rabbit targets.
Secondary antibodies enhance versatility and sensitivity by enabling multiple detection systems (HRP, AP, fluorescence) and signal amplification.
Typically generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled rabbit immunoglobulins, then purified and modified to yield highly specific reagents.
