Target Information
SHP-1 (PTPN6)는 주로 조혈세포에서 발현되는 비수용체형 단백질 티로신 인산화효소입니다. 두 개의 SH2 도메인, 티로신 인산화효소 촉매 도메인 및 카복시 말단 조절 도메인으로 구성되어 있으며, 여러 티로신 키나아제 조절 경로를 음성 조절합니다. 조혈세포에서 SHP-1은 EpoR에 결합하여 성장 신호를 억제하며, 상피세포에서 과발현 시 Ros 수용체를 탈인산화하여 증식과 변형을 억제합니다. 또한, IL-3 신호에 의해 SHP-1이 IL-3R β체인과 결합하여 인산화 및 세포 증식을 하향 조절합니다.
