GSK3B (Glycogen Synthase Kinase 3 Beta)는 proline-directed serine/threonine protein kinase로, 에너지 대사, 신경세포 발달, 체형 형성에 관여합니다.
이 단백질은 포도당 항상성의 음성 조절자이며, 에너지 대사, 염증, ER-stress, 미토콘드리아 기능 장애, 세포사멸 경로 등에 관련됩니다.
