Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, an additional desalting step is recommended using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

FXYD3 belongs to a small family of FXYD-domain containing regulators of Na⁺/K⁺ ATPases, sharing a 35-amino acid signature domain (PFXYD) with invariant and conserved residues.
This gene encodes a cell membrane protein that may regulate ion-pump and ion-channel function, and may play a role in tumor progression.
Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms.
