Target Information
VISTA (V-domain Ig containing suppressor of T-cell activation), 또한 B7-H5 또는 PD-1H로 알려진 단백질은 VSIR 유전자의 산물입니다.
VISTA는 PD-L1과 서열 유사성을 가지지만 발현 패턴이 다릅니다.
인간과 마우스 모두에서 VISTA는 주로 조혈 세포에서 발현되며, 특히 골수계 세포에서 높은 수준으로, T 세포에서는 낮은 수준으로 발현됩니다.
항원제시세포(APC)가 발현하는 VISTA는 CD4 및 CD8 T 세포의 증식과 사이토카인 생성을 직접 억제하는 것으로 알려져 있으며, 암 면역치료의 잠재적 표적입니다.
보고된 VISTA의 리간드에는 CD28H, VSIG-3, VSIG-8이 포함됩니다.
