Target Information
TCEB1은 protein elongin C로 알려져 있으며, 전사 인자 B(SIII) 복합체의 서브유닛입니다.
SIII 복합체는 elongins A/A2, B, C로 구성되어 있으며, RNA polymerase II의 일시적 정지를 억제하여 전사 연장을 활성화합니다.
Elongin A는 활성 서브유닛으로, B와 C는 조절 서브유닛으로 작용합니다. Elongin A2는 고환에서 특이적으로 발현되며, B 및 C와 안정적인 복합체를 형성합니다.
VHL 종양 억제 단백질은 elongins B 및 C에 결합하여 전사 연장을 억제합니다.
두 개의 서로 다른 항체(P100962-T200 및 P100963_P050 / P100963_P100)를 사용한 Western blot 결과 동일한 분자량을 확인하였습니다.
