- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
포르말린 고정 조직의 염색 시, 10 mM Tris (1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0) 용액에서 95°C로 45분간 가열 후 실온에서 20분간 냉각하는 항원 복원 과정이 필요합니다.
