Target Information
HnRNP A1은 널리 발현되는 heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoproteins(hnRNPs)의 A/B 하위군에 속합니다. hnRNP 단백질은 RNA 결합 단백질로서 heterogeneous nuclear RNA(hnRNA)와 복합체를 형성합니다. 이들은 pre-mRNA 처리 및 mRNA 대사, 수송 과정에 관여하며, 일부 hnRNP는 핵과 세포질 사이를 이동할 수 있습니다. hnRNP A1은 RNA 결합을 위한 quasi RRM 도메인을 두 개 가지며, hnRNP 복합체의 주요 구성 단백질 중 하나로 핵질에 위치합니다. 다른 hnRNP 단백질과 함께 mRNA에 결합된 상태로 핵에서 세포질로 수출되며, 즉시 다시 핵으로 재수입됩니다.
