Target Information
Feedback inhibitor of fibroblast growth factor (FGF)-mediated Ras-MAPK signaling and ERK activation. May inhibit FGF-induced FGFR1 tyrosine phosphorylation. Regulates nuclear ERK signaling by blocking nuclear translocation of activated ERK without inhibiting cytoplasmic phosphorylation. Mediates JNK activation and may participate in apoptosis and early fate specification of GnRH-secreting neurons.
