Target Information
PRICKLE1은 평면 세포 극성 경로(planar cell polarity pathway)에 관여하여 배아 발생 시 체절 확장(convergent extension)과 신경관 폐합을 조절합니다. 이 과정에서 세포는 신장되고, 측중축 방향으로 이동하며, 인접 세포 사이에 끼워져 축 방향으로 확장됩니다. 또한 REST의 핵 내 위치 조절에 필요하며, 핵 수용체로 작용할 수 있습니다.
