For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Sulfation is a common modification of endogenous (lipids, proteins, and carbohydrates) and exogenous (xenobiotics and drugs) compounds. In mammals, the sulfate source is 3′-phosphoadenosine 5′-phosphosulfate (PAPS), synthesized from ATP and inorganic sulfate. Two different tissue isoforms encoded by separate genes are responsible for PAPS synthesis. This gene encodes one of the two PAPS synthetases. Mutations in this gene are associated with the Pakistani type of spondyloepimetaphyseal dysplasia. Two alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
