Reconstitution: Add 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL double distilled water (DDW), depending on sample size.
The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
Reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C, protected from light, for up to 1 week.
For longer storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10000 × g, 5 min).

Target Information

Formyl peptide receptor 2 (FPR2) is a low-affinity receptor for N-formyl-methionyl peptides.
Binding of FMLP to FPR2 activates neutrophils via a G-protein–mediated phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system.
Activation of LXA4R may result in anti-inflammatory effects counteracting proinflammatory signals such as LTB4.
