Target Information
C1orf86는 Fanconi anemia (FA) 복합체의 구성 요소로, DNA 교차결합(ICLs) 복구를 위해 FA 복합체를 손상 부위로 유도하는 역할을 합니다. DNA 손상 후 RNF8에 의해 생성된 Lys-63 연결 유비퀴틴을 인식하고 결합하여 FA 복합체의 다른 구성 요소를 모집합니다. 또한 REV1과의 상호작용을 통해 전사 후 합성(translesion synthesis)을 촉진합니다.
