Target Information
The GAGE12I gene belongs to a family expressed in various tumors but not in normal tissues, except for testis. Family members share highly related sequences with scattered nucleotide substitutions. The antigenic peptide YYWPRPRRY, encoded by several family members, is recognized by autologous cytolytic T lymphocytes.
