Product Specific Information

For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

FOXO1 (FKHR, Forkhead Box O1) is a transcription factor belonging to the forkhead family. It functions as a coactivator or corepressor of nuclear receptor activity via the LXXLL motif in its C-terminal region.
FOXO1 interacts with PAX3 and is implicated in alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma. It is involved in autophagy, muscle differentiation, and metabolic homeostasis under oxidative stress.
FOXO1 binds to insulin response elements (IRE) and Daf-16 family binding elements (DBE), regulating redox balance, osteoblast activity, and bone mass.
It also influences glucose metabolism by modulating genes such as IGFBP1, G6PC, and PPCK1, and acts downstream of CDK1, PKB/AKT1, and SKT4/MST1 as a key regulator of cell death.
