Target Information
Integrin-linked kinase (ILK) mediates intracellular signaling through interaction with integrin cytoplasmic domains. It encodes a serine/threonine protein kinase containing four ankyrin-like repeats and regulates integrin-mediated signal transduction. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same protein have been identified.
