Target Information
Anti-Donkey secondary antibodies are affinity-purified with well-characterized specificity for equine (Donkey) immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of the specified target.
Secondary antibodies enable the use of multiple detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence) and enhance sensitivity through signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody.
These antibodies are typically generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and can be further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, conjugation) to produce highly specific reagents.
