Target Information
B7-H6 (NCR3LG1)는 종양 세포 표면에 발현되는 막관통 내인성 리간드입니다. B7-H6는 NK 세포에 존재하는 NKp30과 결합하며, 이 결합은 NK 세포 활성화 및 표적 세포 용해를 유도합니다. 정상 조직에서는 B7-H6가 발현되지 않으며, 특정 조건에서 내인성 발현 가능성은 현재 연구 중입니다. 일부 패혈증 환자에서는 순환하는 염증성 CD14(+)CD16(+) 단핵구에서 B7-H6가 검출된 바 있습니다.
