- 재구성 시, 100 µL의 증류수를 첨가하여 약 1 mg/mL 농도로 맞추는 것을 권장합니다.
- Conjugation 실험용으로 carrier-free antibody를 사용할 경우, 추가적인 desalting 과정(Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882)을 수행하는 것을 권장합니다.
Target Information
Dlx 유전자 패밀리는 Drosophila의 발달 관련 유전자 Distal-less(Dll)와 유사한 homeobox 서열을 포함하는 vertebrate 유전자군입니다. DLX1부터 DLX6까지 최소 6개의 멤버로 구성되어 있으며, 전뇌 및 두개안면 발달에 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
DLX4 유전자는 세 가지 전사 변이체를 가지며, 이 중 하나는 β-globin 유전자의 억제 인자로 작용하는 isoform을 암호화합니다. 다른 isoform은 이 기능을 가지지 않습니다.
