Target Information
Filamin A alpha-2는 액틴 결합 단백질로, 액틴 필라멘트를 교차결합하고 막 글리코프로틴과 연결합니다. 세포 형태 및 이동을 조절하는 세포골격 재구성에 관여하며, 인테그린 및 신호전달 복합체와 상호작용합니다. 이 유전자의 결함은 PVNH1, PVNH4, OPD1, OPD2, FMD, MNS, CIIPX 등 다양한 증후군의 원인이 됩니다. 두 가지 전사 변이가 보고되어 있습니다.
