Target Information
CHFR는 E3 유비퀴틴-단백질 리가아제로서, 미세소관 독소에 반응하여 유사분열 진입을 지연시키는 antephase checkpoint에서 작용합니다.
초기 전기 단계에서 염색체 응축 이전에 중심체가 핵 주위를 따라 이동할 때 기능하며, 미세소관 스트레스 신호를 전달합니다.
AURKA 및 PLK1의 유비퀴틴화를 촉진하여 분해를 유도하고, HDAC1의 다중 유비퀴틴화를 매개하여 종양 억제 역할을 할 가능성이 있습니다.
또한 Lys-63 연쇄 유비퀴틴화를 촉진하여 UBC13-MMS2 (UBE2N-UBE2V2) 복합체와 함께 세포 스트레스 신호 전달에 관여합니다.
