Target Information
DULLARD는 serine/threonine protein phosphatase로, CNEP1R1과 복합체를 형성하여 LPIN1 및 LPIN2를 탈인산화하고 활성화할 수 있습니다. LPIN1과 LPIN2는 phosphatidate phosphatase로서 phosphatidic acid를 diacylglycerol로 전환하여 지방산 대사를 조절합니다. 또한 핵막 및 소포체막의 지질 조성을 조절하고, 핵막 형태나 역학 유지에 관여할 수 있습니다. 지질 방울 및 triacylglycerol 생성 조절에도 간접적으로 영향을 줄 수 있으며, BMP 신호전달을 억제할 수 있습니다.
