Product Specific Information
- Store vial at 4°C before opening. Do not freeze.
- Stable as undiluted liquid at 4°C; dilute only prior to immediate use.
- Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates results in loss of enzymatic activity.
- Immunoelectrophoresis assay shows a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase and anti-Goat Serum.
- No reaction observed against anti-papain or anti-Goat IgG Fc.
Target Information
Biotin (Vitamin B7) is a water-soluble B-complex vitamin essential for all organisms. It is synthesized by bacteria, yeasts, molds, algae, and some plants.
Biotin is required for carbon dioxide incorporation into organic compounds and has a molecular weight of approximately 244 Da.
