Target Information
SRPK1은 serine/threonine kinase로, 스플라이싱 인자의 세포 내 위치 조절을 통해 기본적 및 대체적 스플라이싱 조절에 관여합니다.
이 단백질은 핵과 세포질 모두에 존재하며, 스플라이싱 인자의 세포 내 분포를 조절하는 역할을 합니다.
SRPK1 유전자는 대체 스플라이싱에 의해 또 다른 전사체 변이를 생성할 수 있으나, 그 전체 길이는 완전히 규명되지 않았습니다.
