Target Information
RAB30 (Ras-related protein Rab-30)는 세포 내 막 수송을 조절하는 소형 GTPase 단백질을 암호화합니다. RAB 단백질은 수송 소포의 형성부터 막 융합까지의 과정을 조절하며, 불활성 GDP 결합형과 활성 GTP 결합형 사이를 순환합니다. 활성형은 소포의 형성, 이동, 결합 및 융합에 관여하는 다양한 하위 인자들과 상호작용합니다. 또한, RAB30은 세포질 스캐폴딩 단백질과의 상호작용을 통해 골지체 구조의 안정성을 유지하는 데 관여할 수 있습니다.
