Target Information
IGF1R (Insulin-like Growth Factor 1 Receptor)는 IGF-1 및 IGF-2에 의해 활성화되는 수용체 티로신 키나아제로, 다양한 암에서 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. 이 단백질은 두 개의 알파 및 두 개의 베타 소단위체로 구성된 테트라머 구조를 가지며, 알파 소단위체는 IGF-1에 높은 친화성을 보입니다. 결합 후 수용체의 자가 인산화가 일어나며, RAS–RAF–MAPK 경로(ERK, p38, JNK)를 활성화시켜 세포 증식을 유도하는 유전자 발현을 촉진합니다.
