Target Information
Anti-Donkey secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for equine (Donkey) immunoglobulins. These antibodies are useful in detection, sorting, or purification of their specified targets.
Secondary antibodies offer increased versatility by enabling the use of various detection systems such as HRP, AP, or fluorescence. They also provide greater sensitivity through signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody.
Typically, secondary antibodies are generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and can be further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation) to produce highly specific reagents.
