Target Information
Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for mouse immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of target proteins. Secondary antibodies enable use with various detection systems (HRP, AP, fluorescence) and provide signal amplification by allowing multiple secondary antibodies to bind to a single primary antibody. Typically, these antibodies are generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and can be further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation) to produce highly specific reagents.
