This antibody specifically recognizes the sigma-1 receptor (sigma-1R, Oprs1 protein, opioid receptor sigma 1).
In Western blot analysis, it detects a target band at approximately 25 kDa.
Confirmed reactivity with rat brain, rat liver, and mouse brain homogenates.
Based on sequence identity, reactivity with human, bovine, dog, and ermine is expected.
