Target Information
DAPK2는 칼슘/칼모듈린 의존성 키나아제로서 세포자멸사(apoptosis)의 양성 조절자로 작용하며, 다양한 조직에서 발현됩니다. DAPK2는 serine/threonine protein kinase 계열에 속하는 단백질을 암호화하며, N-말단 단백질 키나아제 도메인과 DAPK1과 유사한 칼모듈린 결합 도메인을 포함합니다. 이 유전자의 과발현은 세포자멸사를 유도하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. 다중 polyadenylation 부위를 사용합니다.
