Target Information
DIRAS3 유전자는 ras superfamily에 속하며, 정상 난소 및 유방 상피 세포에서 발현되지만, 난소 및 유방암에서는 발현되지 않습니다. 부계 대립유전자에서만 단일 대립유전자 발현을 보이는 각인 유전자로, 성장 억제와 관련이 있습니다. 따라서 DIRAS3는 난소 및 유방암에서 기능이 상실된 잠재적 종양 억제 유전자로 간주됩니다.
