Target Information
E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase로서 Golgi 막 융합 및 small GTPases 조절에 관여합니다. 세포 주기 동안 Golgi 막 역학을 조절하며, Rab 단백질에 의해 Golgi 막에 모집되어 유비퀴틴화를 매개하여 세포분열 후 Golgi 재조립에 기여합니다. GTP-bound RAC1과 특이적으로 상호작용하여 활성형 RAC1의 유비퀴틴화를 매개하고 분해를 유도함으로써 병원체에 대한 숙주 방어에 관여합니다. 또한 RARB와의 상호작용을 통해 전사 조절자로 작용할 수 있습니다.
