Target Information
CD63 (LAMP-3, lysosome-associated membrane protein-3)은 tetraspanin 계열의 당단백질로, 다양한 세포 유형의 후기 엔도솜, 리소좀, 분비 소포에 존재합니다. 세포 활성화 후에는 주로 세포막에서도 관찰됩니다. 이러한 특성으로 CD63은 basophil 활성화 마커로 널리 사용됩니다. 또한 integrin과 상호작용하여 식세포 작용 및 세포 이동에 영향을 미치며, H/K-ATPase 및 ROMK1 채널의 조절에도 관여합니다. CD63은 T세포 공동자극 분자로도 작용하며, 암의 초기 예후 예측 지표로 활용될 수 있습니다. 활성화된 혈소판, 단핵구, 대식세포에서 발현되며, 과립구, B세포, T세포에서는 약하게 발현됩니다. CD63은 melanoma-associated antigen ME491 및 platelet antigen PTLGP40과 동일 단백질입니다. CD63 기능 이상은 melanoma 및 Hermansky-Pudlak Syndrome과 관련이 있습니다.
