Target Information
Human SPIN2는 IL3 의존성 murine myeloid 세포주에서 IL3 제거 후 중등도의 항아폽토시스 활성을 보였으나, doxorubicin에 의해 유도된 세포사멸을 억제하지 못했습니다. 오히려 SPIN2 발현 세포는 doxorubicin에 더 민감했습니다. 또한 SPIN2는 Jurkat T 세포주에서 Fas ligand에 의한 세포사멸 효과를 억제하지 못했습니다. SPIN2의 C-말단 아미노산이 결실되면 항아폽토시스 활성이 감소했습니다. SPIN2 과발현은 세포 증식 속도를 늦추고 G2/M 단계 세포 비율을 증가시켰으며, 이는 IL3 제거 후 더욱 뚜렷했습니다.
