Target Information
Janus kinase 3 (JAK3)는 STAT (signal transduction and activators of transcription) 패밀리 단백질을 인산화하는 효소로, 주로 면역 세포에서 발현됩니다. JAK3는 인터루킨 수용체 활성화에 반응하여 신호를 전달하며, 다양한 사이토카인(예: 인터페론, 인터루킨)에 의해 인산화되어 활성화됩니다. 활성화된 JAK는 STAT 단백질을 인산화시키고, STAT는 이합체를 형성하여 핵으로 이동해 유전자 전사를 조절합니다. JAK2는 IFN-γ 수용체 복합체의 초기화에 필요하며, JAK1은 증폭기 역할을 수행합니다. 일부 연구에서는 JAK2의 역할이 Tyk2 및 JAK3에 의해 대체될 수 있다고 제안하고 있습니다.
