Target Information
Galectin 3는 IgE에 결합하는 갈락토스 특이적 렉틴으로, CSPG4에 의해 유도되는 내피세포 이동을 α3β1 인테그린과 함께 매개할 수 있습니다. 또한 DMBT1과 함께 초기 배아 발생 동안 원주 상피세포의 최종 분화에 필요합니다. 핵 내에서는 pre-mRNA 스플라이싱 인자로 작용하며, 급성 염증 반응, 호중구 활성화 및 부착, 단핵구/대식세포의 화학주성, 사멸 호중구의 옵소닌화, 비만세포 활성화 등에 관여합니다.
