This affinity purified antibody is directed against the phosphorylated form of human GSK3B at the pS9 residue.
It specifically reacts with phosphorylated pS9 of human GSK3B, showing minimal reactivity with the non-phosphorylated form.
A BLAST analysis suggests reactivity with GSK3B from human, rat, frog, chicken, dog, and zebrafish based on 100% sequence homology.
Cross-reactivity with homologues from other species has not been determined.

GSK3B (Glycogen Synthase Kinase 3 Beta) is a proline-directed serine/threonine protein kinase involved in:
