Target Information
FXR (Farnesoid X Receptor; NR1H4)는 담즙산 수용체로서 핵 수용체 초과가족(NR1 서브패밀리)에 속하는 리간드 활성 전사 인자입니다. FXR은 chenodeoxycholic acid, lithocholic acid, deoxycholic acid와 같은 담즙산에 의해 활성화되며, 담즙산 합성, 결합, 순환에 관련된 유전자 조절을 통해 담즙산 항상성 유지에 중요한 역할을 합니다. 또한 지질 및 포도당 대사 조절, 선천 면역 반응에도 관여합니다.
FXR-RXR 이합체는 주로 IR-1 형태의 FXRE(farnesoid X receptor response elements)에 결합하며, 간에서 NR0B2, CYP7A1, CYP8B1, SLC10A1/NTCP, SLC27A5/BACS, BAAT, ABCB11/BSEP, ABCC2/MRP2, ABCB4 등의 유전자 발현을 조절합니다. (출처: Uniprot)
