Target Information
MORG1 is a member of the WD-40 protein family. It functions as a molecular scaffold for various multimeric protein complexes and associates with components of the ERK pathway, promoting ERK activity in response to serum or other signals. It interacts with EGLN3 (PHD3) and regulates hypoxia-inducible factor 1 expression. MORG1 has also been purified as part of the spliceosome.
