Target Information
TCF7 (transcriptional factor 7)는 T-cell 림프구 분화에 관여하는 전사 활성화 인자입니다. CD4+ 및 CD8+ 미성숙 흉선세포의 생존에 필수적이며, N-terminal CTNNB1 결합 도메인이 결여된 TCF7 isoform은 이 역할을 수행할 수 없습니다.
TCF7은 CD3E 유전자 프로모터의 T-림프구 특이적 enhancer 요소(5'-WWCAAAG-3')에 결합하며, CTNNB1 및 TCF7L2 표적 유전자에 대한 피드백 전사 억제자로 작용할 수 있습니다.
TLE1, TLE2, TLE3, TLE4는 TCF7과 CTNNB1에 의해 매개되는 전사활성을 억제합니다.
